Evolve will consist of more than 3,640 beds across seven new dormitory towers, which will replace aging facilities and expand overall housing capacity from approximately 8,500 to 13,000 beds. Initial phases include the Tarastec and University Towers East dormitories, with Tarastec expected to open in fall 2026 and University Towers East in fall 2027. The comprehensive Evolve project is slated for completion by 2030, pending approval from the CSU Board of Trustees.
