Anaheim, California – Disneyland Resort has announced its exciting lineup of Halloween events and ticket deals for the 2025 season, with festivities running from August 22 to October 31, 2025. The Halloween celebrations will include an array of experiences, from character appearances to themed snacks, and attractions will be decorated in a distinctly spooky style. In a bid to make visits more accessible, Disneyland is offering promotional ticket prices of $104 on select dates in late August and early September. The discounted $104 tickets will primarily be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with one exception on August 25 (Monday).
Guests can find significant savings on midweek dates, particularly just before and after busy weekends, evidenced by dates such as August 23, 30, and 31, which are close to peak pricing. Peak pricing dates during October include Saturdays on October 4, 11, and 18, along with an extended period during November for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Future opportunities for $104 tickets will also be available in early November from November 3-6 and November 10-13, as well as select weekdays in January and February 2026.
Halloween Festivities
This year’s Halloween festivities will showcase a series of entertaining activities across both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Guests will encounter beloved characters in newly designed Halloween costumes that celebrate Disneyland’s 70th anniversary.
The Haunted Mansion will feature a seasonal overlay inspired by Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” including a 13-foot tall gingerbread house and more than 400 flickering candles. Disney California Adventure will host unique ride overlays, including “Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween” and “Monsters After Dark,” replacing the standard Guardians of the Galaxy ride during the Halloween season.
Families can join in the fun at “Mickey’s Trick and Treat” show in Hollywood Land, an interactive experience available until October 31. The nighttime spectacular, “Halloween Screams“, will feature Disney villains, complemented by fireworks on select nights.
Food and Dining Experiences
Halloween Time at Disneyland will also highlight an array of seasonal food offerings, showcasing over 50 new menu items across both parks. Guests can indulge in themed treats such as Haunted Heatwave Pizza and Pumpkin Spice Breadsticks.
Special dining experiences will feature “Clarabelle’s Enchanted Halloween Dinner” at Storytellers Cafe and “Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates Halloween” at Disneyland Hotel. In addition, scavenger hunts like “Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit” will allow guests to hunt for hidden character-themed pumpkins throughout the resort.
Special Events and Ticket Sales
Disneyland will also present the annual “Oogie Boogie Bash“, which this year expands to 31 nights and includes new villain-themed treat trails and character appearances. Due to limited capacity at these after-hours events, early ticket purchase is recommended, with general sales commencing on June 26, 2025.
Overall, this year’s Halloween festivities at Disneyland Resort promise an enjoyable and memorable experience filled with magic, creativity, and fun for all ages. Whether guests aim to immerse themselves in spooktacular decorations, delightful treats, or thrilling attractions, the upcoming season is set to entertain families and friends alike.
