Ramirez was employed at the bar for approximately eight or nine years prior to the incident. He was responding to a situation outside the venue when he was shot in the head. Law enforcement officers from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department received reports of the incident shortly after it occurred around 1 a.m. on that fateful night. Despite immediate medical attention and transport to a local hospital, Ramirez succumbed to his injuries and passed away on June 23, 2025.
During preliminary investigations, witnesses described the suspect as a Hispanic male who fled the scene on foot shortly after the shooting. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident, and the sheriff’s department is actively pursuing leads to identify and apprehend the suspect.
