ANAHEIM, CA – AO, a full-service architecture and planning firm, achieved significant recognition at the 62nd Annual PCBC Gold Nugget Awards, held on June 12, 2025, at The Westin Anaheim Resort. The firm was honored with multiple awards, including the prestigious Multifamily Community of the Year award for their project, The Row at Red Hill Phase 1, designed for developer Greystar. This project also secured the Grand Award for Best Multifamily Housing Community in the category of 60-100 dwelling units per acre or more.

The Row at Red Hill Phase 1 marks a milestone as Greystar’s largest residential development globally to date. AO dedicated the award to the memory of Ryan Yoshimoto, the project’s lead designer, recognizing his significant creative vision and contributions that were instrumental to the project’s success.

In total, AO received 11 Merit Awards during the event, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to excellence in design and planning. Among the other notable accolades, three of AO’s projects were awarded Grand Awards:
